Remember to bring in your 3 most recent pay stubs, Government Issued ID card (Driver's License, Passport, ID Card...)

We check current income, previous rental history and credit.  We take everything into consideration before we make a final decision.   

Application fees are:

Single  $40.00 per adult

Married $60.00

Married Military $30.00
